When Should You Take The Pregnancy Test?

The best time to take an at home pregnancy test is first thing in the morning and with first morning urine. This is when the urine is most concentrated and has the highest level of the pregnancy hormone hCG. Try not to get up and go to the bathroom during the night and then do the test as soon as you get up.
